Royal Kings Au is a master distributor of SKP SingaporeWe carry a wide range of premium F&B packaging products. Becoming a wholesaler/distributor is simple, we follow below steps once the interest is expressed. 
1. Our sales representatives will make a call, arrange for a face to face appointment within 3 business days. If it's not achievable due to geographical limitation, we would like to contact you via conference call, Zoom or Skype.
2. Registering a wholesale account, the account must achieve a min. purchase of $500ex/month, or an equivalent purchase within 3 months. We work on projects & other marketing campaigns. Please contact our sales team for more info. 

3. Distributor pricing & discount rates are set up based on accumulated spending and total purchase per transaction. There are 6 different price tiers. Please contact for more information. 




A SKP logo with a part number printed under every product & on its carton. In addition, all historical transactions are saved under your account for future purchase.


Minimum Order Qty is applied. min. 30,000 pcs. with a min. 45 days lead time upon confirmation. It requires a deposit of 60% (10% design + 50% upon confirmation) prior to dispatch from the manufacturer. Royal King will need the final payment upon stock arrival before it ships to the final destination. Contact for more info. 




How can I make payments?
We have a wide range of payment options available to make it as easy as possible for you to finalise your order. Our online checkout system accepts credit cards (MasterCard, Visa and Amex) payments without surcharge. We also now accept PayPal and Direct deposits are also available if preferred. We also accept cash on pick up in store at Noble Park, Victoria.


We are partnering with multiple logistics companies (Advance Transport, Greenlight, TNT, CourierPlease, Railroad Transport etc). If you prefer to arrange your own transport, please select the “pick up from Royal Kings” option at checkout and note the pick up locations and times.

Where is my order?

Local deliveries are typically made within 1-2 business days, however if your order is interstate or you are concerned about the whereabouts of your delivery, please email with your order tracking number. Your tracking number can be found in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping cost 

The freight cost per order is automatically calculated upon checkout by carton size, weight, dimension &  the distance from A to B through a 3 party application. Please ensure the post code & suburb name are correctly entered for accurate shipping cost. If it appears over-charged, please contact us immediately for adjustments.

- Metro (Mel) freight charge per carton from $3ex to $15ex. 

- Interstate freight charge per carton from $6ex to $25ex. (loose/pallet)

- Pallet rate (for general goods) can be offered subject to total quantity & final distance. We may please contact Royal Kings via See below for indicative pricing.

Drop Shipping 

We provide drop shipping service, please email your order or enquiry to If you have any other urgent enquiries, please call 0449912388. 


Invoices will be generated and sent to your registered account name (email address) once the order is confirmed and paid. You are able to downloaded the copy from the email by clicking on the link. You may request for a copy by emailing us 



The system does not allow for pre-orders or back orders currently. If you would like to order items (out of stock), please kindly contact


Lead time is generally between 14 - 30 days. Next stock availability/Restocking date will be stated at the announcement bar of the main page. For any special orders, please contact  Royal Kings Au has products made in overseas, ie. Singapore, Malaysia & China. If there is any product currently unavailable, there may be an up to 60 days lead time during peak seasons in a year (ie. year-end/beginning of the year).


What’s your return policy?

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your order, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. Refunds and exchanges are subject to the discretion of Royal Kings Au as many of our products are for food usage and thus may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your items must all be unused, in the same condition in which it was received and in its original packaging.

Please follow the steps below if you have an item to return for a refund:

  1. Email your refund request to with photos of the item. If damaged or faulty, ensure the damage is clearly shown in the photographs.

  2. Once inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request via email.

  3. If approved, we will arrange for the items to be shipped back if it was a damaged or faulty item. If the return was from an incorrect item ordered, return shipping will be at the cost of the customer. Return items must be sent to the same warehouse from which the order was despatched.

Please note original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned items.

I haven’t received my refund yet. What do I do?

If you have received an email confirmation from us that your refund has been processed, but you cannot see it in your account yet, firstly contact your bank or credit card company as it may take a few business days before your refund is processed into your account. If it has been 10 business days since your refund confirmation from us and you have already contacted your bank, please send us an email at for us to follow up.

Can I refund a sale item?

Only full priced items may be refunded. All sale items are final sale.

Items can only be exchanged or replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at
