BECOMING A WHOLESALER/DISTRIBUTOR

A SKP logo with a part number printed under every product & on its carton. In addition, all historical transactions are saved under your account for future purchase.
Minimum Order Qty is applied. min. 30,000 pcs. with a min. 45 days lead time upon confirmation. It requires a deposit of 60% (10% design + 50% upon confirmation) prior to dispatch from the manufacturer. All pricing on the website is Excluding GST.
PAYMENTHow can I make payments?
We have a wide range of payment options available to make it as easy as possible for you to finalise your order. Our online checkout system accepts credit cards (MasterCard, Visa and Amex) payments without surcharge. We also now accept PayPal and Direct deposits. Cash is accepted upon pick up in store.
SHIPPING/PICKUP/ORDER TRACKING/ETA (Estimated Time Of Arrival)
We are partnering with multiple logistics companies (Civic Transport, Advance Transport, Greenlight, TNT, Startrack Express, CourierPlease, Freight Assist Transport etc). If you prefer to arrange your own transport, please select the “Pick up from Royal Kings” option at checkout (Or select Ship To, there is an option of Pick Up). Please take notes of the trading hours for each pick up location.
I chose to collect my order from the warehouse. What is the address?
Orders for VIC and all other Australian states
Please arrange for your order to be picked up at this address stated in this link.
We also have distributors in different areas, ie. VIC, QLD & WA for any urgent pickup except the address stated in the Contact Us. Please contact email@example.com
Where is my order?
Local deliveries are typically made within 1-2 business days, however if your order is interstate or you are concerned about the whereabouts of your delivery, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order tracking number. Your tracking number can be found in your shipping confirmation email or your account after logged in.
Shipping cost & ETA (Estimated Time Of Arrival)
The freight cost per order is automatically calculated upon checkout by carton size, weight, dimension & the distance from A to B through a 3 party application. Please ensure the post code & suburb name are correctly entered for accurate shipping cost. If it appears over-charged, please contact us immediately for adjustments.
- Metro (Mel) freight charge per carton from $8ex to $14ex. ETA 1-2 business days. Price may be subject to change every Feb.
- Interstate freight charge per carton from 14ex to $27ex. (loose/pallet) subject to dimension and weight. Freight cost adjustment may be made subject to every Feb.

INVOICE & OTHER DOCUMENTS
Invoices will be generated and sent to your registered account name (email address) once the order is confirmed and paid. You are able to downloaded the copy from the email by clicking on the link. You may request for a copy by emailing us email@example.com.
STOCK AVAILABILITY & LEAD TIME
The system does not allow for pre-orders or back orders currently. If you would like to order items (out of stock), please kindly contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Lead time is generally between 14 - 30 days. Next stock availability/Restocking date will be stated at the announcement bar of the main page or visit here. For any special orders, please contact email@example.com. Royal Kings Au has products made in overseas, ie. Singapore, Malaysia & China. If there is any product currently unavailable, there may be an up to 60 days lead time during peak seasons in a year (ie. year-end/beginning of the year).
RETURN & CANCELLATION
What’s your return policy?
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your order, unfortunately we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange. Refunds and exchanges are subject to the discretion of Royal Kings Au as many of our products are packed for food usage and thus may not be eligible for a return or exchange. If the return is accepted, there will be a min. 5% restocking fee applied to the return.
To be eligible for a return, your items must all be unused, in the same condition in which it was received and in its original packaging.
Please follow the steps below if you have an item to return for a refund:
Email your refund request to firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the item. If damaged or faulty, ensure the damage is clearly shown in the photographs.
Once inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request via email.
If it's approved, we will arrange for the items to be shipped back if it was a damaged or faulty item. If the return was from an incorrect item ordered, return shipping will be at the cost of the customer. Return items must be sent to the same warehouse from which the order was dispatched.
- If orders/goods are delivered to other states and rejected and cancelled upon arrival or during transit, there will be additional charges applied, eg. storage, fultile delivery and other costs incurred to have the goods sent back to the depot/warehouse. eg. $45ex per pallet, min. $55ex per storage.
Please note original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned items..
I haven’t received my refund yet. What do I do?
If you have received an email confirmation from us that your refund has been processed, but you cannot see it in your account yet, firstly contact your bank or credit card company as it may take a few business days before your refund is processed into your account. If it has been 10 business days since your refund confirmation from us and you have already contacted your bank, please send us an email at email@example.com for us to follow up.
Can I refund a sale item?
Only full priced items may be refunded. All sale items are final sale.
How can I exchange an item?
Items can only be exchanged or replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Tip 1: To enjoy cheaper freight cost per carton per order, you will be looking at ordering min. 5 cartons per order. We use carrier Startrack, TNT, DHL etc. There should be a significant reduction per transaction once the qty is met. A manual freight cost adjustment may be required.
